Hardcore explores the sometimes sordid world of skinheads with an unflinching eye for honest detail. Sick of a life of theft, robbery, vandalism, and random violence, Reach decides to leave his skinhead gang. However, Reach finds it more difficult to cut loose as Mal, the sadistic leader of the gang, desides to punish Reach for his defection. This sets the stage for a final confrontation that leaves no winners and few survivors.
